Due to the nature of wood, each piece is unique. With this uniqueness comes challenges. To make sure your purchase does not succumb to any of these issues, keeping your product in a climate controlled stable environment is key. Some products such as kitchen tools, are not dishwasher safe, and require handwash with lukewarm water. To maintain these pieces, wax or oiling may be required in the life of the product to maintain durability.

With this said, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your product and are not satisfied with it for any reason, within the first 30 days of purchase you can return it for a full refund. Pre-Release Sales:

With every product design, there are challenges. Although the date of the pre-release is tentative, we will honor this date and send out updates if this is subject to change. If a pre-release date has been extended, you can request your payment back at that time.
